The LISTER-milk agitator supports even the slightest amount of milk and guarantees gentle treatment of the milk. The agitator motor is vacuum-proof, protected by winding thermostat and ball bearings. LISTER-immersion coolers are supplied as standard with a digital temperature display. A clock technology prevents the creaming of the milk. Retrofitting a heat recovery system is possible. Immersion coolers with cylindrical evaporator are also available in compact design with heat recovery. The refrigerant R 134a is used.
