As an alternative to BL industrial atomisers with pump and control unit, Mantis also offers hand-held spraying units, which are ideal for flexible use on smaller surfaces and are extremely portable.
Since 2014, it has been possible to rotate the atomiser sideways in new BEMA models. This enables the edges of moulds and vertical walls to be sprayed without having to rotate the entire unit.
The charging status of the battery and the function of the atomiser are monitored electronically. An LED indicator light uses different colours to indicate whether the unit is functioning correctly, whether the battery needs to be charged or whether an atomiser malfunction has occurred. An armrest is integrated into all units.
With the BEMA-1000K and the BEMA-P 1000K , two short models are also available, so even moulds, e.g. on tables, can be easily sprayed.
The BEMA-P 10,000 model has two considerable advantages:
it has a 10-litre tank, which is carried like a backpack. This means that the tank does not need to be refilled very often even for larger areas or frequent use. Transportation and metering of the release agent is carried out with a pump, which is integrated into the hand-held unit. This means that the atomiser can also be held higher up than the release agent tank. It is now possible to spray the edges of moulds or other vertical surfaces without difficulty.
