Shear for the picking of persimmon
Persimmon harvesting shears. Its blades have a specific curvature that enables undercutting the stem of the fruit, and prevents leaving long stalks cut in diagonal that could cause pinches to other persimmons during the handling. It also has a cutting stop that enables placing the stem of the fruit in the exact cutting point, thus preventing the harvester damaging the persimmon because of introducing the cutting blade too far. The blades have a length and thickness that enable easily accessing the cutting point. The curvature of the handles allows for the scissor to penetrate the fruit with the most appropriate angle to proceed with the cutting.
This model also belongs to the new generation of adjustable shears that enable eliminating the typical play caused by the intensive use.
