Automatic tray filler

This tray filler has excellent filling features for both small volumes such as the nursery sowing and cuttings trays, and capacity for larger volumes (trays with a limited number of cells or open trays). The soil supply enables a high-volume capacity of up to 1,000 trays per hour for trays with a maximum width of 40cm. A height-adjustable powered brush gives them the finish that is required. A unique feature is the very high level of soil recovery; no spilled soil behind the machine and easy to fit into a tray filling line. What’s more, this concept enables containers to be filled that often do not rotate over a standard potting machine. Since its introduction, hundreds of these machines have been installed in the tree and vegetable sector strawberry cultivation, and fully automatic nursery sowing lines.
