MAXIMETRO represents the largest model of the entire range of GASPARDO planters. Thanks to over ten years’ experience in the precision planter sector and the versatility of MTR HD unit capable of planting in conditions of both minimally tilled and hard soils, MAXIMETRO model is available in the 36 row version with 70 cm inter-row distance. Minimum Tillage Revolution HEAVY DUTY MTR HD planting unit is characterised by more robust structural solutions than the classic MTR unit such as the sturdy parallelogram connection system with AIR SPRING for the adjustment of the pressure of the single unit on the ground, the 355 mm front disc coulter, the 14” furrow closing wheels and the 60 l hopper. Telaio portattrezzi The trailed type frame, with front folding side wings, uses the floating function that allows planting even on not perfectly flat ground. The drawbar, in addition to its main function, also acts as a load-bearing structure on which the imposing 7,500 l centralized fertilizer hopper is mounted, whose weight is discharged to the ground by means of two tracks for transport. Trasmissione consolidata The mechanical transmission is based on the renowned homokinetic joint system which requires no maintenance. Thanks to an electromechanical system, the transmission of each unit can be conveniently interrupted thanks to the quick release exclusion of the cardan shaft or by command, allowing in this case the control of the sections. A hydraulic drive system divided into three sections is available on request.
