The tray filler special is the specialist for filling crates and trays, especially for growing trays with small cells. It can be easily integrated into filling and sowing lines. The machine consists of two modules: Soil conveyor module: •Earth bunker with a capacity of approx. 600 liters, •with a rubber belt, •adjustable via a freewheel •Chain elevator with plugged shovels fixed speed with forward and return •Maintenance-friendly elevator with removable front panel Tray filling module special: •Tray / plate feed belt with mechanical speed regulation •Belt surface with knobs for optimal box feed •Electronic control system for even earth supply •Adjustable distributor rotor for homogeneous filling up to the plate edge •Brushing device with earth return into the earth bunker •Vibrator, frequency-controlled, optionally available for compaction Thanks to an extensive range of accessories, we are also able to offer you individual solutions for special applications.
