The broad range of Mayer conveyor belts currently includes 4 different types. Individual conveyor belts with fixed or variably adjustable motors and cardan shaft belts. The latter are available as powering cardan shaft belts with motor, which can power the so-called conveyor belts with cardan shaft over a total distance of up to 36m. •Conveyor belt with motor, without cardan shaft, fixed speed •Conveyor belt with motor, without cardan shaft, variable speed •Conveyor belt with motor, with cardan shaft, variable speed •Conveyor belt without motor, with cardan shaft All Mayer conveyor belts with Cardan shafts are compatible with the well-known third-party products and can therefore be retrofitted flexibly. Mayer conveyor belts with fixed speed are ideally suited for use in combination with set-down robots. We currently offer Mayer conveyor belts in the standard sizes 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 meters. The widths range from 17, 21, 25 to 30 centimeters. Special lengths and widths are available on request. The range of Mayer conveyor belts is rounded off by an extensive selection of accessories. These include, in particular, height-adjustable feet, power supply cables of various lengths, guide rod diverters for pots, belt diverters on feet, rigid forks for various pot sizes and widths, scissor forks closed, backs (various inserts), limit switches with cable, additional socket on the conveyor belt incl. attachment at the factory and much more.
