Especially frequency-controlled high-pressure pumps with their high operational output are likely to drive water supply lines to the brink of their capabilities. Too small line diameters may cause insufficient supply of water. A 200 l or 500 l feed tank reliably prevents interruptions in water flow because it stores sufficient amounts of water to operate the high-pressure cleaners at full load. Cross sections of supply lines from the tank to the high-pressure pump are extra large dimensioned.
