Barn misting system

Using the MJ-Tech fogging system as internal cooling allows the intensive livestock industry to cool in an optimal manner (without the animals getting wet). Our special MJ-Tech nozzles ensure water is atomised at high pressure near the air inlet. The small fog droplets then evaporate in the air causing the effect of adiabatic cooling. A central pump unit supplies the piping system in the livestock environment. This circuit of pipes is mounted above the air inlets or valves at the sides of the house. The entire system is manufactured from stainless steel. The system performs optimally under a pressure of 100 BARS / 1450 PSI. The pipework has been designed to cope with this pressure.
