Description

The Movendis ribbed belt or sometime called flat belt or accessory Drive Belts are used to transmit energy from the crankshat to the different accessories of the combustion engine. For instance, they are the tool needed to power the alternator, the AC compressor, hydraulic pumps and other systems such as power steering. “Movendis Poly-V Belts offer a greater friction area, and better contact than conventional V-Belts. This of course results in superior traction force, the possibility of having a more compact system, high linear speed, limited slip even in wet conditions, and high flexibility allowing for both better flexion and counter flexion. Thus its name of serpentine PK belts, in short it is the perfect accessory drive solution. “ Elastic Ribbed Belt Movendis elastic belts are specifically engineered to address the requirements of unique applications or challenging drive systems. They are suitable for small diameter pulleys, backside idlers, and compatible with (or without) automatic tensioners. The special design of these belts eliminates noise, minimizes tension loss, and resolves issues in problematic drive applications. They incorporate advanced materials such as Aramid Fiber, which is used in bullet-proof vests, and EPDM materials that are resistant to cracks and heat. These belts meet or surpass all specifications set by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The unique form grinding process for each belt ensures exact dimensional accuracy.
