The new, larger machine type WT 11 is simply great with a view to chopping quality and throughput. The feed is super-aggressive. It even processes whole trees with a diameter of up to 75 cm into wood chips without any problem. The feed belt of the tractor chopping machine WT 11 Z is 2.7 m long, which ensures that trunks with a length of 4 m remain on the belt during crane and do not fall down. The CAN-BUS process control never lets the feed belt slow down, ensuring that the wood chips always have the desired chopping length. Clean pieces of rather square wood chips are produced. The machine has no high-maintenance roller chain drives on the feed screws either, but maintenance-free hydraulic drive motors. The large feed width (1.14 m) is especially advantageous for the processing of shrubbery and treetops. Due to the safe, fully automatic operation of the machine, the crane operator can fully concentrate on feeding. This enables you to process 200 loose cubic metres of chopping material per hour. The screen basket is subdivided and light-weight, and can be replaced very easily by one person in only a couple of minutes.
