K series belt conveyors provide safer and more precise transport of your products horizontally and inclined. K Seril belt conveyor carries different products and capacities in the speed range (0.5 - 3.5m/s) thanks to its conical roller structure and heavy construction. Capacity: K series belt conveyors have different models and product options from 30 t/h capacity to 1200 t/h capacity. Structural Feature: All of the Y series conveyors are manufactured from galvanized sheet metal and are all bolted and nut-connected. It has a long service life. The grains that fall on the pouring belt during the transportation of the grains are reloaded onto the product conveyor belt thanks to the mechanism in the idle part. Preferred Reasons: It saves electricity thanks to its low motor power. Thanks to the antistatic UHMW and conical rollers on the sole, it provides less wear and has a long service life. Can be used inclined. Different capacity options are available. Due to its closed structure, it can be used easily in open areas and has been specially designed against water tightness. It has a gasketed sight cover. Idler guard is completely dismountable for cleaning and maintenance. UHMW seals are attached to the places where the drive and idler drum shafts pass and dust entry is prevented. Renewable rubber attached to the paddles located under the inlet chambers. It uses a drum that can clean the material remaining in the idle part by itself.
