The plant is intended for preliminary and primary grain cleaning, as well as for sorting and calibration of grain and seeds.
Compact grain cleaning complex ZAV NIVA is designed for preliminary and primary cleaning of grain, as well as for sorting and grading grain and seeds.
Compact grain cleaning complex ZAV NIVA is designed for preliminary and primary cleaning of grain, as well as for sorting and grading grain and seeds.
ZAV is an aggregate complex, which consists of:
-metal structures (bearing frame) with a ladder and a platform for equipment maintenance,
-feeding mechanism – grain elevators,
-grain cleaning separator LUCH ZSO,
-as well as a control panel with automation elements.
Additionally, ZAV can be equipped with a receiving hopper and a bucket elevator for transporting cleaned grain.
To carry out grain cleaning, the initial grain from the receiving hopper is fed by gravity to the grain elevator, which transports the grain for cleaning to the grain cleaning separator LUCH ZSO, which consists of an air separator and a drum-type sieve separator.
In the air separator, the grain is cleaned of light impurities, which are discharged into the general aspiration network. Next, the grain enters the sieve separator, in which the grain is cleaned from coarse and fine impurities.
Cleaned grain and impurities are removed from the separator through the outlet pipes. The presence of an aspiration system, including a cyclone, a fan and air ducts, ensures the selection of light impurities and dust removal of the complex.
The complex is controlled through a central console with automation elements.
