FOR HEAVY DUTY USE / PORT TERMINALS The sweepauger ODS FE M unloads, without any human intervention, the remaining grain (wheat, corn, barley, sunflower seeds, paddy…) on the floor of flat bottom silos after the discharge by gravity. Installation is done on flat bottom silos with concrete or metallic walls. M model is perfectly adapted for heavy duty use like in port terminals. Two versions available for all kinds of materials to discharge (motor in silo or in tunnel) Grain port terminals traffic increases every year, requiring the most up-to-date technology able to fit heavy duty use. Large installation, high performance, indisputable quality : the perfect cocktail for ODS. The screw is directly coupled to a parallel shaft gear motor. The gear motor is assembled on a heavy duty ball crown and connected to an electric rotary collector for a continuous rotation of the sweepauger around the silo. Thanks to an evolutive design, adaptations can be proposed to reach very large discharge rates for existing silos.
