The DHS controlled effort system applied to our shredders, allows, thanks to the aid of a hydraulic piston, mowing grass without the use of tracers, directly via the contact on the plant of the cutting disc without making plant damage. Applicable on version VIP, STAR and POWER. Available with disc Ø 45, Ø 60, Ø 80, Ø 100 cm. Composed of independent hydraulic system: oil (50 liters), filter, double pump, heat exchanger and two hydraulic valves with rigid cables and levers attached to the tractor. The levers control the switching on and off of the rotation of the disc knives (red lever) and the manual return of the disk for safe (black lever). Through a special control valve fixed on a two distributors you can control the effort to be attributed to the disc in the works. Operation of the entire system via connection with universal joint to the tractor.
