The STAR cutter is an ideal machine for the treatment of shoots of vines and/or orchards of 5 cm in diameter, suitable for tractors of 30-70 hp. The highly robust configuration of the machine ensures excellent work performance, due also to the careful and precise balancing of the rotor and of the respective self-sharpening rods. The complete transmission of gear box with free wheel, which is fundamental in terms of safety, concludes its cycle in a series of toothed belts in number of 3-5 depending on the various lengths of the machine. The work dimensions of the STAR cutter are 130/145/160/180/200/225 cm. The rounded side, which is the main characteristic of the entire Orizzonti range, enables the working of extreme accuracy and cleaning without damaging the stem of any type of plant. Complete with leveller roller for different working heights and roller scrapers to avoid clogging during work. The machine comes with mechanical movement device, hydraulic upon request.
