Weber Cooling - Vacuum Coolers for Fresh Produce Compact Range - Two pallet solutions, with integrated sliding door. The Compact is a high speed, compact, double pallet/trolley vacuum cooler. With one system you can easily cool 2 or even 3 loads per hour. There are models for Euro and for Standard pallets. Dependent on product & load, different cooling capacities can be offered. Specs – summarized: •Vacuum room: 1.900 – 2.300 mm wide, 1.400 mm deep, 2.300 or 2.700 mm high. •Door style: Integrated electrical sliding door •Ramp style: Inside ramp supplied, outside ramp to be made on location •Vacuum: Busch or Leybold | 300 - 360 m3/hr •Cooling: Traditional (Bitzer) or Hydronic (Aermec). Up to 80 kW cooling power •Controls: PLC, incl. wireless temp control, recipe function and freeze protect •E-Power indication: 30 – 40 kW. Systems can be supplied for all (3-phase) power grids.
