Weber Cooling - Vacuum Coolers for Fresh Produce Weber AIR - Standardized Solutions for Aircraft Pallets (flowers & vegetables) Our standard range of Aircraft pallet coolers is developed for standard 600 ft3 ULD pallets. Tailor made design of the room is no problem. The AIR is optimized for flower cooling, but also perfectly suited for perishable vegetables. We offer systems for one up to four pallets, each with two different cooling solutions. Specs – summarized: •Vacuum room: 3.000 mm wide, 3.700 – 7.300 mm deep, 3.500 mm high. •Door style: Electric sliding (standard) or vertical lift (option) •Logistics: Excluding roller bed system. Can be provided upon request (by 3rd party) •Vacuum: Busch or Leybold | 300 – 360 m3/hr (up to 8 pumps per system) •Cooling: Hydronic (Aermec). Up to 600 kW cooling power •Controls: PLC, incl. wireless temp control, recipe function and freeze protect •E-Power indication: 100 – 300 kW. Systems can be supplied for all (3-phase) power grids.
