ODOR & EMISSIONS CONTROL
Water is life
Reduction of harmful emissions and odors.
Emissions of harmful gases such as hydrogen sulphide and other volatile organic compounds in livestock facilities are today both an environmental problem and a present risk for workers in agricultural industries.
The use of floating cover systems drastically reduces the emission of this type of gas on a large scale, as well as offers a remarkable control of odors, creating a barrier between liquid and gas that efficiently prevents the transfer from the liquid to the atmosphere.
Modular permeable roof systems such as Pana Flotante´s have been subject of studies that favor them as systems more likely to reduce odor emissions from all types of liquid deposition, compared to classic impermeable systems.
All this, added to minimum operating and maintenance costs, make our systems an economical and highly efficient option in comparison with conventional solid-roof systems.
