The VARIO range of grain dryers is designed for smaller volumes of grain drying. It can dry large grains and is also suitable for drying seeds of special crops such as cumin, poppy, buckwheat, millet, coriander, etc. A special feature of the VARIO series is its self-assembly. The parts of the dryer are designed in such a way that the dimensions and weight are suitable for handling by one man. The entire dryer is therefore assembled from small parts, bolted together. The equipment varies in terms of electrical parts, metering, and control, ranging from the almost primitive at a low price to comfortable equipment including an exchanger and dust collector.
-drying of all grains
-drying of special crops:
-cumin, poppy, buckwheat, millet, coriander
-self-assembly
-high variability of equipment
-batch and continuous drying
Technical data sheet of the VARIO dryer
VARIO grain dryers can operate both continuously and in batches. In continuous drying, the air temperature is maintained by thermostats and the humidity is maintained by manually adjusting the intervals of the turnstiles.
In principle, it is a small-sized shaft dryer. The tower stands on four legs carrying the emptying equipment, the shaft modules up to the filling hopper. The emptying device is turnstile-type. The shaft modules are assembled from strips with inlaid channels. The size of the preloader is optional. There are chambers on both sides of the shaft, with an exhaust fan connected to the discharge chamber, either at the top for direct discharge or through an elbow on the ground. A dust extraction device, the so-called centrifugal separator, is then fitted to it.
