The TRIWING flail mower combines an unmatched capacity with a high fuel efficiency. The unique ‘floating’ suspension of both the front and side mowers enables a smooth terrain adaptation and a high driving speed.
The side mowers are driven by two powerful gearboxes and drive shafts. The absence of one central gearbox increases the reliability of the machine substantially.
The 3.20 m (10’ 6’’) wide heavy duty side mowers are suspended to a very solid support frame; the machine has a great terrain adaptation under all circumstances because of the adjustable ground pressure relief. The unique towed suspension of the front mower results in a much smoother terrain adaptation than a ‘pushed’ machine and fuel saving as well.
The 400 kg (882lbs) weighing rotors generate a huge impact strength that enables very bulky and tough crops/leftovers to be chopped up. The rear covers of the flail mowers can be adjusted which enables bulky leftovers such as maize to be processed faster and with less resistance (thus saving fuel).
