Description

The agroliner three-axle three-sided tipper is designed for tractor and truck use. This vehicle gives optimum transport performance, however, only with a truck tractor unit which is also fitted with a tipper body. The maximum permitted total tractor weight of 40 tonnes cannot be achieved when pulled behind a tractor. Basic version The basic version of the HKD402 offers a solid foundation for many purposes with an attractive price/performance ratio. Included in the basic version are: Tyres:6 x 385/65R22.5 factory refurbished tyres on centre well rims, approved for 80 km/h Axles:GIGANT tapered roller bearing axles, 3 x 9 tonnes axle load approved up to 105 km/h, (without ABS, up to 60 km/h), 2040 mm track, wheel brake 420 x 180 mm, axles equipped with ABS and automatic slack adjuster (automatic slack adjuster) Springs:parabolically suspended GIGANT linked steering unit with dynamic brake compensation on the double axle approved up to 105 km/h; overload protection for the rear parabolic spring suspension Steering:Turntable steering with ball rim and type-tested triangular drawbar, height adjustable as well as drawbar relief Chassis frame:welded steel construction; double T main load bearer Brake system:dual line service brake system with automatic load-dependent brake force control (ALB), 6 x diaphragm brake cylinder, spindle parking brake acting on 2nd axle Tipping system:3-way tipper; hydraulic multi-piston press with cardanic suspension, 1 line system, ball tipper bearings with retainer at the rear, two unmistakable locking pins, hydraulic stroke limiter, safety rope Tipper frame:profile steel in welded construction, 4 mm steel floor plate
