Description

The transmission of the drawbar load to the tractor unit has a positive effect on the stability and traction with central axle trailers (tandem). This also applies in a combination with a centre pivot trailer. Good handling when manoeuvring in solo mode and high stability when tipping also count among its particular strengths. Basic version The basic version of the TKD302 offers a solid foundation for many purposes with an attractive price/performance ratio. Included in the basic version are: Tyres:4 x 385/65 R22.5 factory refurbished tyres on centre well rims, approved for 80 km/h Axles:ADR tapered roller bearing axle, reinforced, 11.3 tonnes axle load (60 km/h), 2050 mm track width approved up to 60 km/h without ABS (technically 105 km/h), wheel brake 406 x 120 mm, 130 mm square axle, 1480 mm axle wheelbase Springs:21 tonnes 2 layer parabolic spring suspension, 100 mm wide, approved for up to 105 km/h, overload protection on all four springs, rocker arms between the front and rear axle Draw gear:rigid drawbar with 40 mm flanged towing eye DIN 11026 screwed on (coupling required on the tractor, DIN 11029), mechanical saddle landing gear with rapid speed Chassis frame:steel-welded construction, main load bearer made from torsion-resistant square tube profiles Brake system:dual line service brake system with automatic load-dependent brake force control (ALB), 4 x diaphragm brake cylinder, spindle parking brake for the rear axle Tipping system:3-way tipper; hydraulic multi-piston press with cardanic suspension, 1 line system, ball tipper bearings with retainer at the rear, two unmistakable locking pins, hydraulic stroke limiter, safety rope
