Medium/large dimension hammer chopper equipped with a 96 cm diameter rotor and widia hammers. A particularly large hopper, together with a consistent productive capability makes S10000 the ideal machine for municipality-owned companies, contracting companies and compost stations. S10000 can be supplied with a floating upper inclined chain(instead of the toothed roller) to optimise conveying particularly bulky material. The hammer and counter-hammer system allows obtaining a thin and uniform chipped material so that the microorganisms can act on an optimal action surface, thus reducing transformation and stabilisation time. The rotor is made with mobile hammers and close discs thus avoiding any risk of rupture in case of material that cannot be chopped. The hammers have an interchangeable widia tip: a system that considerably reduces maintenance time and costs. The machine is setup either with a Diesel engine, an electric motor or a tractor PTO. It be transported with a low or high-speed trailer or it can be static for fixed work stations or self-propelled for roll-off systems.
