TYPE - KEX -These fans are designed for use in installations located in a potentially explosive environment (gas hazard), in conformity with PN-EN 13463-1:2003 and the European Council Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX). -The pumped component may be the clean air from the circulation ventilation or contaminated air with a possible gas content. -Fan housing is equipped with bilateral rolled flanges containing connecting holes. -KEX fan motors are not designed for adjusting speed control. -The fans have the following designations: II2Gc IIBT4 or T3. IMPELLER Our impellers: high efficiency impellers, with profiled blades, made from pressure-cast aluminum. Dynamically balanced in G 6.3 class. MOTOR Motors: 3-phase, asynchronous, explosion-resistant, placed in a reinforced housing, T3- or T4-temperature class. FAN HOUSING Fan housing: with a perfectly round shape, made of steel sheet, flanges rolled from the housing, protected against corrosion by special powder coating, with the external protection compliant with the “ATEX” standard.
