Vitamix KZ I – Complementary feed for the period of proper dryness (usually from 8 to 4 weeks before delivery). Vitamix KZ I is characterized by an optimal Ca: P ratio, prevents Mg deficiency and contains high levels of vitamins A, D3, E. The macro and microelements as well as vitamins have been selected to cover the needs of the mother and, above all, the developing fetus, and to prepare the cow’s organism until the next lactation. Vitamix KZ-I reduces the risk of postpartum hypocalcaemia (manifested, inter alia, by postpartum retention and paralysis). The decreased level of Ca stimulates the secretion of parathyroid hormone – a compound responsible for better absorption of this macronutrient from the gastrointestinal tract and its higher mobilization from the bones in order to cover the high needs of the cows in the perinatal period. The low sodium content in KZ-I also positively affects the udder condition after childbirth. Packaging: 20 kg
