Suction-pressure pneumatic conveyors are designed to transport cereal grain horizontally and vertically. They can also be used for unloading work, such as: reloading grain from piles, grain tanks or silos with simultaneous loading onto means of transport and vice versa. Grain is sucked in using a suction nozzle placed at the end of a flexible hose, and then the grain is transferred through a pipeline to its destination via a cyclone and a dispenser. Additional equipment •Dust extraction system benefits: •High flexibility in the construction of the pressure pipeline, using fi 160 pipes with lengths of 0,3 m, 0,5 m, 1 m, 2 m, and elbows from 15 to 90 degrees connected with clamps. •There is no need to fill the transported material, the conveyor itself collects the material using a suction nozzle and a flexible suction pipe. •Possibility of transporting large distances, up to 70 m horizontally and 10 m vertically. •Automatic engine start extends its life and simplifies maintenance. •The automatic throttle regulates airflow, protecting the engine from overheating and the grain from excessive damage.
