Suction-pressure pneumatic conveyors are designed to transport cereal grain horizontally and vertically. They can also be used for unloading work, such as: reloading grain from piles, grain tanks or silos with simultaneous loading onto means of transport and vice versa. Grain is sucked in using a suction nozzle placed at the end of a flexible hose, and then the grain is transferred through a pipeline to its destination via a cyclone and a dispenser.
The conveyor is available in the following versions:
•mounted on the tractor's three-point suspension system – T 449,
•drawn, mounted on a two-wheeled base – T 449/1.
Standard equipment
•hydraulically foldable discharge,
•flexible polyurethane hose,
benefits:
•High flexibility in the construction of the pressure pipeline thanks to the use of pipes with a diameter of 160 mm and lengths of 0,3 m, 0,5 m, 1 m, 2 m and elbows with angles from 15° to 90°, connected by means of clamps.
•No need to fill the transported material – the conveyor collects it independently using a suction nozzle and a flexible suction pipe.
•Possibility of transporting large distances, up to 70 m horizontally and 10 m vertically.
•The applied RPM indicator allows for work optimization, ensuring maximum efficiency while minimizing the risk of premature blower wear.
•The automatic throttle regulates air flow, protecting grain from excessive damage while reducing fuel consumption.
