With its WIDIA saw blade and MULTI splitting system the SpaltFix S-Multi firewood processor turns logs with a max. diameter of 41 cm into 2, 6 or 12 billets in a single step – without having to change the wedge. This versatile firewood processor wows with its high service life thanks to its WIDIA saw blade. Cutting it with many benefits The logs are shortened to desired lengths between 20 and 50 cm and subsequently handed over to the splitting process by a rocker. But not so fast: they are actually shortened by a WIDIA carbide saw blade. The latter wows with its high cutting performance, speed and low wear. The accruing clean chips can be used further on afterwards. 2, 6 or 12 billets without knife change With a splitting power of 18 tons, the log section is pushed against the frame knife and is cut into up to 12 billets in that way. And all that without time-consuming knife change because the splitting knife is hydraulically adjustable. It can easily be adjusted to the log diameter by means of the joystick. The powerhouse is driven via a tractor or a combined drive with E-motor.
