High stability and productivity With Polydress® Round Bale Film, you can create wrapped and dimensionally stable silage bales without additional adhesive additives in the film. Thanks to greater film stability on the girthed area, the bales are mechanically safeguarded during storage and transport. At the same time, less material is required than with conventional films, so that more feed bales can be produced per roll of film. Diverse uses Polydress® Round Bale Film convincingly stores corn and grass silage as well as compound feed, sugar beet pulp and spent grains. The film can also be effectively used for special applications (shredded plastic waste, chopped household waste). Convincing performance The round ball film is suitable for all stationary and mobile round bale combinational compactors with a film intake – with edge-to-edge or with over-the-edge performance for optimum edge coverage. We deliberately left out adhesive additives to ensure a trouble-free winding in all presses. This means there is no packaging waste left behind on feed bales. Convenient handling You do not need to get down from the tractor to disconnect the net from the frozen feed. With the ball cutter or gripper, you can open the frozen bales simply and conveniently from the tractor seat.
