1• Mechanical detanglers The DDT400 is equipped with two mechanical bale separators for fast, efficient separation of all wrapped bales and even distribution. 2 • Hydraulic axle For easy, clean loading of all types of silage, the axle is fitted with a hydraulic device to lower the body to ground level. A simple movement of the claw arm makes loading the goods a breeze. 3 • Arm claw For precise loading without the need for an additional loader, the DDT400 is equipped with a dual-movement claw arm. 4 • Shrink plate on claw teeth To ensure clean loading of silage at all levels, the claw is & fitted with a spring-loaded retractable plate. 5 • Reinforced feed belt Conveyor belt with 80/12 flat chains and bolted 80x40 mm slats for efficient feed of material into the detanglers. 6 • Mechanical transmission of detanglers Mechanical transmission via chain and sprockets. On MD models, clutch disengagement is via a hydraulic clutch. 7 • Second detangler transmission The second shredder is driven by a mechanical system with chain and tensioner. 8 • Centralized lubrication To lubricate the mechanical parts of your silo unloader, the grease nipples are centralized in a location protected by a hood. 9 • Electrical control box The electric control box allows you to control all the components of your straw blower individually from the cab. 10 • Belt tension To adjust the belt tension, the tensioner is positioned on the outside of the body. This makes the operation quick and easy. 11 • Cardan shaft with slipping clutch The cardan shaft with slipping clutch and overrunning clutch comes as standard on all our belt feeder silos.
