By a comprehensive design analysis of the shape of the tank and its screw, the Evolumix range delivers a mixing performance and an operating speed of exceptional quality, in a design which is also conducive to economies. Oil-immersed reduction gear Reduction gear is entirely immersed in an oil bath, with an easily-accessible reservoir and control gauge, thereby eliminating any regular maintenance for the purposes of lubrication. Attachment of the reduction gear to the tank by a twin plate prevents any strain. Plated overflow prevention ring To prevent the material from overflowing, all EVOLUMIX 1 screw tanks have an anti overflow ring welded to the tank. This type of ring prevents the material from sticking to the tank like in traditional rings and offers a superior rigidity to the upper part of the tank. Height-adjustable drawbar In order to keep your mixer at the same level whatever the model of tractor, all our EVOLUMIX mixers have a drawbar adjustable in height by steps of 50 mm. Independent C-section frame The EVOLUMIX chassis has been the subject of advanced research to obtain the best attributes in terms of strength. Thanks to a C-profile design and the choice of high-strength steel, the chassis offers the perfect compromise between strength and bending. The C-profile frame offers greater ventilation than a closed frame and therefore allows the absence of permanent humidity zones. All our frames are fully protected by a high quality paint on the whole surface.
