PRIVE SA has manufactured high quality silos for more than 40 years and is the European leader in cereal metallic silos. ROmiLL became a sole distributor of the products of Prive on the markets of Czech and Slovak Republic in 2005. The cylinder wall is of a modular construction manufactured from high tensile galvanized corrugated steel sheets (corrugation 104 x 12 mm). The sheets are manufactured from prime material with a heavy galvanize coat (450 g/m2) giving excellent resistance to corrosion. Stiffeners. Each silo is supplied with externally mounted vertical stiffeners, mounted at 930 centres. They are manufactured from Z450 or hot dip galvanized steel. Roof. The roof panels are made of aluzinc AZ185 which provides a better longevity. The large diameter roofs have a frame structure made entirely from galvanized steel. Every roof is equipped with a manhole and the following accessories are optional: roof vents, temperature probe supports, roof ladder, peripheral guard-rail. Bolts. All nuts and bolts are hot dip galvanized. The access doors include an inner door, locked when the silo is full and a waterproof outer door. They are fitted according to the end users requirements. The gantries, access platforms and ladders are constructed form galvanized steel.
