Insect trap ESCOLITRAP® ELLISCO

Trap specially designed for the capture of the japanese beetle, Popillia Japonica, which is a member of the order Coleoptera. It is considered a quarantine pest. In Europe, it can only be found in Italy and The Azores. In Italy it mainly causes damage to corn, soya bean, grapevine, cherry, strawberry and blueberry crops, as well as, garden species. The trap is 17 cm in diameter and 49 cm high. It consists of four parts which fit together perfectly: a green lid, two yellow vanes, a yellow funnel and a green collection cup with a large capacity. The kairomonal attractant should be placed in a small cage in the centre of the lid. IMPORTANT: A box of ESCOLITRAP ELLISCO TYPE has 30 units, but if you buy it through our online store you can purchase the units you need. It is not obligatory to buy a full box.
