The Phoenix PX1802 sweeper is developed for sweeping and collecting mowed grass, leaves and residual waste on diverse types of terrain such as sporting grounds, playgrounds and golfcourses. The machine has a robust drive train and is equipped with a hydraulically operated draw bar and a large inspection door so that the rotors are accessible.
The sweeping unit of the Phoenix PX1802 consists of two rotors. On the bottom rotor there are four durable plastic brushes to sweep up the product. The top rotor has flexible wind winglets that ensure a suction effect. In this way the product is taken form the bottom rotor and transported to the collecting bin. The wheel sets of the Phoenix sweepers are built according to a swinging principle. In this way the machines have an excellent ground contour adjustment and minimal ground pressure. These wheel sets prevent, also due to the large wheels, rutting and ground structure damage.
