Description

The Spider-drag hose injector is a combination of two machines. As base a Spider draghose injector is used. On this the lift is mounted with the equipment to pull the slurry hose. The lift of the Spider is an equipment carier. All component that are necessary for an injector, such as, hydraulic controls, flow meter and section switches, are built onto the lift. The lift is also equipped with a quick coupler; this way the injector can be mounted or dismounted quickly. This makes the lift also usable for a black soil injector, strip-till injector or other machinery. The lift is equipped with a 180° turnable drag pipe. The turning point is placed under the machine, close to the rear part of the tractor. In the telescopic tube a double universal joint is placed, that automatically moves in and out, and this way takes away the tension in the hose. This way every corner can be made without problems and without lateral forces. The combination can even drive back to the beginning of the headland to fertilize it seperately. The advantages: * Pulling point close to the tractor witch ensures no lateral forces are experienced by the machine. * No tipping danger in hilly terrain. * With the telescopic construction there is no drag on the injector itself * Fully automatic steering in-extend telescope * Separate headland fertilization possible. * Multi-use for different machines.
