Cal Rose - Red Sweet Pepper Seeds. Capsicum annuum. Annual. Non-GMO, Heirloom, Open Pollinated. 75 to 85 days to maturity. (Cheese Pepper)* These peppers are bulky pimento-type peppers with a sweet taste. Each one has 4 lobes and thick walls with tender flesh. ~5000 seeds/oz. Skin matures from green to rose red. Plants are 24” tall with thick green foliage. Indoor sow seeds and transplant to full sun in the spring. After 75-85 days, harvest peppers when they reach mature color.
