Unlike conventional screw systems, the Selvet hip winch has belt tensioning and grips the bones without damaging them as a clamp. Helps the animal to get off the ground with a black ring or a second stretching device. if the animal can stand up automatically when standing up, it can stop for hours in a controlled manner. It is used in cases of downer cow syndrome or a prolapsed uterus (Prolapsus Uteri), in lifting the animal from the ground, in splaying, and in physical therapy. The clamps that sit in the hip bones are belt-tensioned and are more ergonomic and useful than screw systems. It doesn’t take up space in a car trunk and is easily carried anywhere with the chain hoist.
