The rotary rake STAR 1000 | 30 T with a working width of 10 m ensures high productivity. The 3D pivoting mounting of the rotor, in combination with the hydro-pneumatic suspension and the walking tandem axle, ensures excellent adaptation to terrain and an even, airy and clean swath. Easy operation is provided by the electro-hydraulic control system. ROBUST STEERING The robust steering mechanism offers a +/- 75° turning angle that allows the tractor to be followed perfectly. Y-DRIVE The Y-drive of the rotors enables a lower working angle of the PTO shafts ensuring a longer lifespan of the PTO shaft. 3D ROTOR MOVEMENT The hydraulically adjustable rotors move independently of the chassis allowing 3D tracking on uneven surfaces. The spring tines remain parallel to the ground at all times, ensuring clean swaths at all working speeds. DOUBLE CENTRAL SWATH Double central swath with width from 1,38 m up to 2,50 m. SWATH CURTAIN The combination of the optimally adjusted rotor curve and the swath curtain results in evenly shaped trapezoidal swaths. The rake curtain additionally prevents forage from intertwining between the rotors. SIP WALKING TANDEM Walking tandem axle (rear – option) for excellent ground tracking and higher working speeds. The wide chassis with 4 or 6 wheels placed close to the spring tines allows for even and clean raking. PERFECT GROUND ADAPTATION Hydropneumatic suspension and 3D mounting of the rotors in combination with a walking tandem axle allows perfect ground adaptation without forage contamination.
