Self-loading trailer PORTO K18 is excellent tool for collection, loading and transportation of square balls from field. Technology of pressing square bales is characterized by many well-known advantages. However, the effectiveness of this technology is dependent on efficiency in bale manipulation and bale removal from a field. Self-loading trailer Porto K18 offers the most efficient solution for removing square straw bales from field when comparing efficiency investment cost as well as operating and handling costs. -Machine aggregates several operations: collection, loading, transportation and unloading of bales -Average loading time is 60 seconds for 1 bale (including moving) -Robust construction, High strength materials and precise fabrication -Operation from the tractor cabin •The collection and loading of bales is carried out with a fork located under the handling platform. •The handling platform can take in two or three bales depending on their width (2 x 120 cm or 3 x 80 cm). Handling platform elevates bales to upright position and places the bales to transport platform. •The platform is equipped with a sliding floor. Tail board and slight horizontal inclination of transport platform guarantees sufficient stability of the load. •Trailer unloading is done hydraulically by tipping of transport platform which is 3,8m high in unloading position. •All operation functions are controlled from the tractor cabin with an electro-hydraulic system.
