Description
Belmonda is a medium early, high yielding, robust ware potato with cooking type B and excellent storability. Belmonda shows attractive, round to oval tubers with a very uniform grading, shallow eyes, beautiful yellow skin and yellow flesh color. Resistant to potato wart disease race 1 and PCN Ro1, Ro4. Excellent tolerance against bruising, rhizoctonia, black leg, phytophthora, internal rust spot and PVYntn. The results under dry conditions are tremendous, especially regarding to second growth.
