DURATERMIC is ideal for use in geographical areas where there are sharp temperature drops from day to night, thanks to its excellent thermal effect. The insulating-effect thermal cover reduces overnight cooling inside the greenhouse. Excellent tensile strength, impact and tear-resistance, which translates into better crop protection from rain, hail and moderate winds. PLUS option for higher resistance where bad weather is more frequent. Highly resistant to sun damage caused by ultraviolet radiation. Excellent transmission of visible light, especially PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) which encourages plant growth. Excellent light diffusion that avoids shadows inside the greenhouse, leading to more uniform light distribution, and consequently to a crop with more uniform produce. The service life of this material will depend on the weather and radiation of the area where it is installed. The basis of this cover is manufactured with an IR barrier additive package that provides a thermal effect. Its high diffusion rate provides uniform radiation inside the greenhouse, reducing shadow areas and allowing crops to grow evenly.
