The semi-rounded shape of the liner's mouthpiece is a good compromise solution between smoothness in surrounding the animal's udder and speed of milking. It is appropriate for medium and small sized udders, which are homogeneous. It is suitable for medium to heavy milking clusters. The multiple ring design allows to minimize intrusions of external particles into the shell and to avoid twistings by the liner's barrel. This also allows to easily adjust the tension of the liner, according to the shell length and according to the loss of rubber elasticity. The ring reinforcement represents a good compromise between the protection of the tail itself from external shocks and a good flexibility for a perfect vacuum closing. Thanks to TiMEPRO© compound, specifically engineered for zootechnics, the black rubber liner assures an average lifetime of 1.000 milking hours or 3.000 milking cycles.
