Consequently, improving the plant root growth and increases productivity. Fox is the first cultivator in Brazil. The equipment is the result of studies and research carried out by Stara with the Aquarius project. It is concluded that soil compaction is one of the causes that limits yield. GENERAL FEATURES IDEAL FOR NO-TILL FARMING Fox cultivator eliminates soil decompaction and, at the same time, saves the straw. It provides greater rainwater storage capacity. Consequently, improving the plant root growth and increases productivity. Fox is the first cultivator in Brazil. It delivers a maximum depth of 26 cm and keeps 70% of straw in the soil. SHANK The shank is 30mm thick and delivers narrower furrows with less soil disturbance. Additionally, it requires less tractor power and cuts down fuel consumption by 25%. The vibration system for soil decompaction provides uniform decompaction of the soil profile and breaks through the dense layers. AUTOMATIC DISARMING SYSTEM It provides more agility and efficiency while operating. This system avoids the usage of safety pins that need frequent changing for the reassembling process of the shanks. FOX KS Fox is equipped with the optional KS seed kit that features a seed hopper by gravity for winter crops, which is perfect for soil cover. Its seeds distribution system is activated through the levelling roller by chains. SEED HOPPER Polythene hopper with a capacity from 315 to 680 liters.
