A wide stubble cultivator for fast, accurate work IXELLA is a disc harrow ideally designed for surface work after harvesting. This tool is also new to STEIMER 2021, meeting your many requests for large widths. It provides a working width of 8m or 10m and a speed of 15km/h. All in all, this machine saves a great deal of time and delivers optimum work output. Only available in a semi-mounted folding version, this stubble cultivator consists of a Ø 500mm U-Ring tandem roller and a choice of 2 rows of discs: ■ Ø 515mm aggressive fluted discs or ■ Ø 560mm serrated discs. Row spacing is equivalent to 100cm. This wide stubble cultivator offers very good soil bearing capacity. It also follows the ground well and is very stable. Rubber silent blocks on each disc support ensure shock absorption and stone cohesion. Whatever its width, the IXELLA stubble cultivator is made up of : A robust, reinforced chassis for the semi-mounted model, with hydraulic folding. Fitted with a drawbar on the lifting arm, it can be turned through 80°, guaranteeing comfortable transport and driving. To improve transport, IXELLA has an axle with 500/60 R 22.5 wheels and pneumatic brakes for excellent stability. The chassis also features a hydraulic storage stand. IXELLA also has 4 hydraulically-adjustable front gauge wheels 300/55R14.5. These are located in front of the machine, giving optimum distribution of the centre of gravity.
