Description

Energy-efficient rod agitator with very high efficiency •Energy efficient IE4 motor with 15.0 kW power •Vertical inclination through hydraulic cylinder + 5° / - 30° •Sturdy tube within tube technology •Tube Ø 159 x 5 mm in ss304 •Installation up to 8 m below substrate level, other immersion depths on request •Robust 2-staged planetary gear •POM protection to minimize abrasion •Start/Stop operation via soft start provided by the customer •Optional: frequency converter for speed control and increasing energy efficiency The rod agitator FTX easily masters substrates with a high dry matter content up to 15 % due to its remarkable thrust of 6.5 kN. The FTX has a motor power of 15.0 kW. An energy-efficient IE4 motor with a very high efficiency of 93.3 % provides the required power while ensuring energy-saving operation. In addition to energy efficiency, the design of the agitator was focused on maximum durability. The tube-in-tube technology makes the agitator extremely robust. Installation up to 8 m below the filling level can be realized. The long-axis agitator is available in four lengths of 4.0/ 5.0 / 5.5 and 6.0 meters. This means that the FTX can be used for almost any container shape. The vertical inclination adjustment of + 5° / - 30° by means of a hydraulic cylinder also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of flexibility in use. SUMA relies on the proven 3-blade high efficiency propeller XT 1200, which has already proven its strengths on other SUMA agitators. With a speed of 135 rpm the FTX is one of the slow running mixers in SUMA's wide range of products.
