The workers place crops on the cups and those are transported to the machine. The machine produces a top quality floret, from an easy to use machine. It is easy to switch to another crop, just change the cutting heads and the machine is good to go. Up to 150 cauliflowers and 100 broccoli's can be floretted per minute.
