The model 7012 GCRO is specially designed for large acreage farming operations, to incorporate crop residue, level soil and breaking clods. STANDARD FEATURES: • Equipped with TATU oil bath bearing assemblies with tapered roller bearings and duo-cone seals. Bolt on heavy duty bearing wear plates; • 2.1/8” (53.97mm) round heat treated alloy steel gang axles; • Heat treated boron steel disc blades, notched front and rear; • Available with 30” or 32” diameter disc blades; • Cast iron spacer spools; • Heavy duty adjustable disc blade scrapers; • Dual heavy duty 8 bolt hubs less tires and wheels. (recommended 12.5L x 15” – 12 ply tires); • Hydraulic cylinder control group includes two hydraulic cylinders, hoses, ram stops for depth control and transport locks; • Adjustable gang axles of 18, 20 and 22 degrees; • Drawbar jackstand and safety chain; • Rear mounted hitch with hydraulic outlet; • Rear hook for leveling bar; OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: • Bolt on furrow fi ller extension blade; • Disc blades notched front and plain on rear; • Disc blades plain front and rear; • Tapered right rear gang assemblies; • Folding wings for easy transportation on models with 50, 52 and 56 disc blades;
