The model 6011 GAICR 300 is specially designed to offer maximum working width and weight per blade for medium horsepower tractors. Ideal for soil preparation, primary tillage in grassland and leveling of large crop areas after harvesting. Standard Features: • Welded and rugged tubular steel frame and gang carriers; • Stabilizer bar for front and rear disc gangs leveling; • Disc gang angle adjusted mechanically; • Heat treated boron steel disc blades, notched front and rear; • Adjustable drawbar – able to offset the machine; • Hydraulic controlled depth gauge and transport wheels; • Double acting hydraulic cylinder with hoses and quick couplers; • Rugged 1.3/4” round, heat-treated steel alloy disc gang axles; • Cast iron disc spacer spools; • Tatu oil bath bearing assemblies with tapered roller bearings, duo-cone seals; • Recommended two single 600×16 – 6 ply rib implement tires for 14 blades; • Recommended two dual 750×16 – 10 ply rib tires for 16 to 26 blades; • Furrow filler blade (optional); • Stone guards (optional).
