Hydroponic system

We have created our system, developing our own machine that generates the specific hydroponic channel for cultivation. The machine manufactures the channel continuously on the farmer's own farm, adapted to the exact length of the tunnel, with no connections. This represents a significant saving in labor, transport and placement. In addition to this, it brings many other advantages to the farmer: • - The harvester's preference to work in hydroponics and not in soil, assuring the farmer of labor. • - It supposes a saving of the harvesting costs between 20% and 25%, as it is in high with the fruit hanging. • - Eliminates the cost of assembling and disassembling the traditional farm to prepare the soil in each campaign, since the canal is maintained. • - The yield per plot is increased, since it allows 40% more plants. • - Extends the campaign, as it achieves a higher quality of the fruit. • - The fruit has a greater consistency, which allows its shelf life to be lengthened and reaches more distant markets in perfect condition. • - It is possible to recycle between 25% and 40% of the water and fertilizers by drainage, with the consequent savings, since it goes into the ground.
